- By law, we must hold stray dogs and cats without identification for 4 business days before allowing them to go to a new home -

"Identification" is defined as something noting or leading to an owner's address (e.g. ID tag, microchip, dog license), NOT a plain collar.

All strays are scanned for a microchip, and every effort is made to reunite stray pets with their owners.

YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PRESENT PROOF OF OWNERSHIP WHEN RECLAIMING A LOST PET,

AND YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY ALL INCURRED BOARDING AND/OR MEDICAL CHARGES

AT THE TIME OF REDEMPTION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Found 9/1 near Bryant Rd & Elliott Hwy, Sand Creek area: Pit Bull mix, male, adult, fawn, no collar.
• Found 9/2 near Weston Rd & Treat Hwy, Fairfield Twp: Shepherd mix, male, adult, reddish-sable, wearing a collar.
• Found 9/3 on E. Church St, Adrian: Beagle/Jack Russell mix, male, adult, black/white/tan, no collar.
• Found 9/3 on E. Church St, Adrian: Beagle/Jack Russell mix, female, adult, black/white/tan, no collar.
• Found 9/4 in Hidden River South, Adrian: Pit Bull mix, female, adult, brown/white, no collar.
